Ongoing advisory support for organizations engaging with government regularly. Includes on-call navigation, strategic translation, capacity-building, monitoring of mandate letters, budgets, and major government signals, regular check-ins, and priority access.

A six-month, time-limited retainer designed to support organizations as the new Yukon Government’s vision, engagement approach, and financial priorities become clear. Focuses on sense-making, alignment of plans and messaging, and practical guidance during periods of transition.

Only available in the first year of a new Yukon Government.
